Crack down on the crime of telecommunication network fraud | Protect the purse and beware of telecommunication network fraud.

Nowadays, with the continuous development of information and communication technology, telecommunication network fraud crimes committed by means of mobile phones, fixed telephones and the Internet frequently occur, and people’s property safety is seriously violated.

Beware of telecommunication network fraud

Protect your purse.

Please collect this article!

First, what is telecommunication network fraud?

Telecommunication network fraud refers to the behavior of criminals to defraud a large amount of public and private property by making up facts or concealing the truth through telephone, internet and text messages for the purpose of illegal possession.

Second, the common means of telecommunication network fraud

1. Fraud in the name of winning the prize

Criminals use communication software to release winning information to online users, and then cheat others’ property on the grounds that "deposit or tax must be paid first to receive bonuses".

2. Use online banking fraud.

Criminals demand that the victim log on to the phishing website of a fake bank on the grounds of upgrading the bank’s online banking, and obtain information such as the victim’s bank account and online banking password to commit fraud.

3. Fraud on the grounds of recruitment positions

Criminals take advantage of customers’ eagerness to apply for a job, and cheat others of their property in various names such as "post deposit, clothing fee and insurance fee".

4. Pretending to be an acquaintance fraud

Criminals steal other people’s QQ numbers, micro-signals and telephone numbers, pretend to be other people’s leaders, colleagues and friends, and defraud other people’s relatives and friends of their property on the grounds that others have a car accident or are seriously ill.

5, posing as a judicial organ staff fraud

Criminals pretend to be public security personnel, falsely claiming that the identity information of the victim has been exposed, and that the bank account is suspected of money laundering, fraud and other crimes. In order to ensure that the victim does not suffer losses, the victim is required to transfer the bank deposit to a safe account provided by the criminal, thus defrauding others’ property.

6, posing as a tax department staff fraud.

Pretending to be a tax department, vehicle management department, etc., asking the victim to pay a certain handling fee on the grounds that the country has adjusted the tax rate for buying a house and buying a car, thus defrauding others of their property.

7. Use online shopping fraud

Criminals provide false links or web pages to the victims, and then ask the victims to make multiple payments on the grounds that the transaction is unsuccessful, or the products sold are fake and shoddy, defrauding others of their property.

8. Use social software to defraud

Using social software, in the name of falling in love and making friends online, induce others to reward, transfer money, invest, etc., and defraud others of their property.

Third, how to prevent telecommunication network fraud

1. Not credulous

We shouldn’t trust phone calls and short messages from unknown sources. All calls to enter ID number or bank card information or transfer money will be hung up, and no text messages will be returned. Don’t click on websites of unknown origin. If in doubt, you can call the police or ask relatives and friends for proof, so as not to give criminals an opportunity.

2. Not greedy for profit

The reason why criminals can succeed repeatedly is often to take advantage of the public’s love for cheap. Therefore, we must believe that "there will be no pie in the sky", and ill-gotten gains are not greedy, and improper benefits are not desirable. Only in this way will we not be deceived by criminals.

3. Protect your privacy.

Protect your privacy. Don’t easily disclose your identity information, deposits, bank cards, etc. of yourself and your family to others. The password setting of the bank card should not be too simple, and it should be covered by hand when entering the password. When operating online banking, it is best to manually enter the official website of the bank to prevent logging in to phishing websites.

4. Call the police in time

When you find yourself cheated or hear that your relatives and friends have been cheated, you should keep relevant evidence (such as the criminal’s account number, text messages sent, telephone records, etc.) and immediately report the case to the public security organ so that the public security organ can file a case for investigation.

Four, the legal provisions of fraud

Article 266 of the Criminal Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that whoever defrauds public or private property in a relatively large amount shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance, and shall also or only be fined; If the amount is huge or there are other serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years and shall also be fined; If the amount is especially huge or there are other especially serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years or life imprisonment, and shall also be fined or confiscated. Where there are other provisions in this Law, such provisions shall prevail.

Typical case sharing

Basic information of the case

In 2017, the defendant Wang Moumou (pseudonym) established a media company (hereinafter referred to as the media company) and served as the legal representative. The company is mainly engaged in webcast business.

In December 2019, the defendant Wang Moumou signed a cooperation agreement with a limited company (a pseudonym). The two parties agreed that the media company would provide the anchor for live broadcast on the live broadcast platform to attract customers to register and recharge on the platform, and the media company could get the customer’s recharge and reward a certain percentage of the anchor amount.

In June 2020, the defendant Wang Moumou set up a promotion department, an anchor department and an operation department in a media company, and together with the defendants Zhang (a pseudonym) and Wen (a pseudonym), he set up a live video studio to tailor a fixed "personal design" for the anchor. At the same time, it provides fixed speech materials for promotion and operation personnel, and uses the identity of anchor to attract male customers to chat on social platforms such as Momo, and induces victims to watch live video on live platforms. With the cooperation of promotion, operation and anchor, talk with the victim about feelings, engage in ambiguity or establish a false love relationship, and fictional reasons such as "losing the popularity of PK games will be punished", and defraud the victim to recharge and reward on the platform by other operators or promoters as "dog care" virtual brush gifts to set off the atmosphere. As of the time of the incident, a total of more than 270,000 yuan was defrauded by Su Moumou (a pseudonym) and other victims.

Judgment result of first instance

After the trial, the court held that the defendants Wang Moumou, Zhang Mou and Wen Mou and others defrauded the property of several victims by webcasting, with a total value of more than 270,000 yuan, a huge amount, and their actions constituted a crime of fraud. According to the facts, nature, circumstances and social harm of the defendants, three defendants were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment ranging from two years and eight months to four years and eleven months, and fined ranging from 30,000 yuan to 50,000 yuan. At the same time, the court also made corresponding judgments on the defendants’ illegal income.

The judge reminded: Everyone should always raise awareness of prevention, protect the safety of personal information, don’t trust calls and text messages of unknown origin, don’t be greedy for cheap, always keep a clear head and beware of being deceived.

On March 7th, Wang Yi, State Councilor and Foreign Minister, announced the launch of the China version of "International Travel Health Certificate" at the foreign ministers’ press conference of the NPC and CPPCC. On March 8th, the China version of the WeChat applet "International Travel Health Certificate" was officially launched.

The reporter found that the system can display the detection results of nucleic acid, serum IgG antibody and vaccination. According to reports, the international travel health certificate will be conducive to the cross-border inspection of health codes and help the safe and orderly flow of international personnel.

  ■ Reporter experience

After filling in, the system automatically generates a test record report.

The reporter learned from the official WeChat of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that on March 8, the China version of the WeChat applet "International Travel Health Certificate" was officially launched. China version of "International Travel Health Certificate" is a comprehensive certificate, which shows the test results of nucleic acid, serum IgG antibody and vaccination of the holder. The health certificate contains an encrypted QR code for the relevant departments in various countries to verify the truth and read personal information. In addition to electronic display, you can also print and generate a paper version.

According to reports, the normalization of the epidemic and even the post-epidemic era, the importance of health factors in international personnel exchanges will become more prominent. In the near future, as more and more countries reach mutual recognition arrangements for health certificates with China, the China version of "International Travel Health Certificate" will play a greater role in promoting the healthy, safe and orderly exchanges of transnational personnel and provide a solid guarantee for China citizens to "walk the world".

After entering the small program, the reporter saw that this system was also named "International Edition of Epidemic Prevention Health Code", which set up the entrance for returnees and the entrance for overseas personnel. At the entrance of returnees, users can declare the test results and obtain the health code needed for returning home; At the entrance of overseas personnel, you only need to authenticate yourself, and you can automatically get the relevant test results.

In the entrance of returnees, you need to fill in the nationality, mobile phone number, foreign residence, identity, unit, voyage, nucleic acid detection, antibody detection, vaccination, historical detection and diagnosis results, and then you can check and show your health code. It is understood that the relevant embassies and consulates in China may require the parties to provide further relevant supplementary materials if they think it is necessary.

In the entrance of overseas personnel, the reporter filled in the information such as ID card and passport number, and then the system automatically generated a test record report without manual filling.

There are two ways to obtain the international travel health certificate: scanning the official QR code through WeChat to enter the applet, or searching for "International Edition of Epidemic Prevention Health Code" in the WeChat applet to obtain the applet entry for operation.

If people going abroad want to check the international travel health certificate, they need to authenticate their identity and international travel documents when logging in for the first time. Only after the authentication is passed can they check the international travel health certificate of the documents. At present, the international travel health certificate supports five kinds of international travel documents: China ordinary passport, China diplomatic, official and official passport, and China travel card.

  ■ ask questions

Q What’s the significance of international travel health certificate?

At present, the global epidemic continues, the world economy needs to be restored urgently, and the need to facilitate personnel exchanges is increasingly urgent. In November 2020, the Chairman of the Supreme Leader put forward a major initiative to establish an international mutual recognition mechanism for health codes at international occasions such as the G-20 Summit and the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation meeting, and put forward a Chinese plan for building a healthy, safe and orderly new order of personnel exchanges. International travel health certificate will help to realize the cross-border inspection of health code and help the safe and orderly flow of international personnel.

Q what convenience can international travel health certificate bring?

In the context of the global COVID-19 epidemic, all countries take health factors as the top priority in personnel exchanges, and the international travel health certificate will bring greater convenience to cross-border travelers under the normalization of the epidemic. Before traveling abroad, passengers complete Covid-19 nucleic acid detection, vaccination and other epidemic prevention measures in China in advance, and obtain international travel health certificates. After arriving in the destination country, the international travel health certificate will be convenient for the local government to check, so that passengers can enjoy the corresponding travel convenience in accordance with the relevant regulations of the destination country.

At present, China actively promotes the international mutual recognition of health codes, and has provided specific ideas, technical solutions and electronic public keys needed to read and verify two-dimensional codes to countries through diplomatic channels, and will maintain communication with relevant countries and actively promote mutual recognition negotiations. It is believed that more and more countries will participate in and join the mutual recognition mechanism of health code information in the future.

Q do I have to show this certificate for international travel?

Encourage but not force everyone to use the international travel health certificate. What kind of certificate to hold for international travel depends on the relevant requirements of the destination country for entry personnel. However, in the future, after China and other countries realize mutual recognition of international travel health certificates, if they cannot produce the certificates, they may not be able to enjoy the relevant travel convenience.

The government departments of relevant countries may check the health certificate of international travel during boarding and entry, and the specific requirements depend on the relevant regulations of the country.

Q Must I have Covid-19 nucleic acid and serum antibody test results and vaccination certificate at the same time before I can check the health certificate of international travel?

After completing any one of nucleic acid detection, serum antibody detection and vaccination, if the National Health and Wellness Committee has summarized and provided relevant information, you can find my health certificate for international travel. However, if a certain test or vaccination is not carried out, there will be incomplete data in the health certificate of international travel, which may affect the itinerary.

The health information contained in the international travel health certificate is submitted by the relevant testing or vaccination institutions, and summarized and provided by the National Health and Wellness Committee. If you have been vaccinated, tested for nucleic acid and serum antibody, but the inquiry fails or the data is abnormal, please consult the relevant institutions or information collection departments.

Q when returning from abroad, what circumstances should I apply for a green health code? How to apply? When is the inspection?

In order to reduce the cross-border spread of the epidemic, Chinese and foreign passengers flying to China from abroad must complete the sampling and testing of Covid-19 nucleic acid and serum IgM antibody within 48 hours before boarding the plane according to the notice of the local embassy or consulate in China.

Passengers of China nationality must pass the international version of epidemic prevention health code applet, and upload the negative certificate of nucleic acid test, negative certificate of serum IgM antibody test, residence certificate of relevant countries and other materials required by the embassies and consulates of travel itinerary and China in time. After being reviewed and approved by the China Embassy and Consulate, the green health code was obtained. The airline will check the green health code when checking in or boarding.

Foreign citizens should submit the test certificate and other materials through the international version of the epidemic prevention health code (website: https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/), apply for a statement of health status, and board the plane accordingly. For specific requirements such as bidding, please refer to the notice published on the website of the local China Embassy or Consulate.

Q Does the international travel health certificate infringe on the security of personal data, and is there a risk of privacy leakage?

The purpose of international travel health certificate is to establish a unified standard system for mutual recognition of health information, and to carry out mutual recognition and interaction of information between countries by paper or electronic QR code. The data interaction between countries is realized by scanning codes with the participation of passengers, and the system background databases of various countries are not connected. And the QR code information is encrypted to protect personal data security to the greatest extent. In the specific implementation process, citizens’ personal information will be effectively protected in accordance with the principles of strict authorization, minimum necessity, limited purpose and security.

The BBC documentary "The Earth Pulses" was denied by the fake film.

[Observer Network Comprehensive Report] Remember this picture?

On the Galapagos Island in the Pacific Ocean, the iguana cubs escaped from the snakes.

This thrilling scene comes from the second season of the British BBC documentary "The Earth Pulses" and was awarded as "a moment that the audience must watch" by the British Film Academy Award in 2016.

However, according to the BBC6’s report on June 15th, Elizabeth White, a producer of "The Earth Pulses 2", pointed out that the young iguanas did not cooperate with the snakes when filming the documentary, so the pictures broadcast were "stitched" together by two cameras, and it was not the same iguanas who were besieged by the snakes and finally escaped.

The BBC denied this statement.

The BBC said that the documentary did use two cameras when shooting, but this was to present different perspectives of iguana cubs and snakes, and there was no such thing as "stitching".

In addition, the documentary really only filmed the escape course of one iguana cub.

The BBC has won praise from the outside world for shooting many high-quality wildlife documentaries, but it has also been exposed more than once.Suspected of fraud.

In 2015, the video of a "volcanic thunderstorm" in southern Chile in the BBC documentary Patagonia: The Secret Paradise of the Earth was amazing.

However, according to the British "Daily Mail" report, thunderstorms are synthetic, and two videos are taken from two volcanic eruptions in 2011 and 2015.

In this regard, the film producer Tuppence Si Tong explained: "This kind of phenomenon exists in reality, but it is difficult to observe it with the naked eye or shoot it with a single camera. It is necessary to rely on special technology to present and describe such real natural wonders. "

"Our purpose (to do this) is to present an amazing visual impact in a volcanic eruption," Si Tong said. "We used a time-lapse photo of the volcano taken in early 2015, and lightning was added to the ejected clouds."

The additional lightning is another volcanic eruption landscape acquired by a Chilean photographer with long exposure four years ago.

In 2015, in the BBC documentary "Planet of Man", the episode "Desert: Life in the Melting Pot" tells that two Mongolian herders were attacked by wolves because of their camels, and then tried to shoot a wild wolf.

However, a "wild wolf" appearing in the desert scene in the film actually made a guest appearance under the command of the wolf trainer.

The BBC also admitted that the wild wolf appeared in this shot was actually in a semi-domesticated state. When shooting this group of shots, the wolf trainer stood outside the camera and directed the wolf to run to himself.

In 2011, in the documentary Frozen Planet, BBC also synthesized pictures of polar bears giving birth in the wild.

There is a picture in Frozen Planet: a newborn polar bear baby is lying in his mother’s arms and whispering. The audience who have seen it believe that it was taken by the cameraman in the cold climate.

Screenshot from documentaryFrozen planet

But the fact is that the polar bear gave birth in a zoo, the BBC matched it with a wild background, and the snow in the picture was fake.

The BBC explained at the time that it was "almost impossible" to film polar bears giving birth in the wild.

The fake cave created by the film crew is from the Daily Mail.

Tell me something new about cancer.

Cancer treatment has always been carried out in the mode of first operation, then radiotherapy and chemotherapy, but this mode has fallen behind in the eyes of some experts at home and abroad.

The "reversal" of the concept of cancer diagnosis and treatment

First, the surgeon Zhu Zhenggang went around to "stop the knife"

There are countless diseases in the world, and the treatment of each disease must go through a long cognitive process to find a suitable, mature and scientific treatment. Now, the traditional treatment of cancer has undergone many reversals.

According to the past clinical and basic medical research, the medical community has concluded that the mode of cancer treatment is: first surgery, then radiotherapy, chemotherapy and now a new method-immunotherapy. Why can malignant tumors be operated, and the operation is the first choice? The medical profession believes that this is just like removing the mountain (the main body of the tumor) first, and then cleaning up the surrounding small clods with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. It is an effective treatment mode, which is called "tumor-removing surgery" academically.

Now, some experts at home and abroad think that this treatment mode is outdated, at least for patients with advanced cancer, it cannot be treated according to this mode. Zhu Zhenggang, an expert in the diagnosis, treatment and research of gastric cancer in the gastrointestinal surgery department of Shanghai Ruijin Hospital, suggested that patients with advanced gastric cancer should not be operated on, because patients with advanced gastric cancer will relapse soon after operation and their survival time is very short. On the contrary, we should take another method, chemotherapy first, then surgery.

This new concept and practice of treatment came out a few years ago abroad and is called "transformation therapy", which is based on clinical research. The new cancer treatment method subverts the traditional concept of cancer treatment, that is, first "transform" the tumor, turn the large tumor into a small tumor, and turn the late tumor into a middle stage or even an early stage, and then perform surgical resection.

The tumor transformation method before operation is chemotherapy. This new treatment method tried by Shanghai Ruijin Hospital is called "preoperative neoadjuvant intraperitoneal combined with systemic chemotherapy" (NIPS), which has been used for more than a year. The treatment results are surprising: the tumor cells that had spread in a large area disappeared, the ascites disappeared, and the fist-sized tumor was reduced to the size of a bean … A group of advanced patients underwent tumor resection after several courses of NIPS treatment, and the survival period was more than one year. Previously, doctors predicted that their survival time was only 3-6 months.

Based on this result, as a surgeon, Zhu Zhenggang went around to "stop the knife". He thought it was useless to rush to operate, and it would be counterproductive. Some doctors in Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Shanghai Zhongshan Hospital, Shanghai Cancer Hospital, Beijing Cancer Hospital and other big hospitals are also changing their concepts and not easily operating on patients with advanced gastric cancer.

Why do doctors such as Zhu Zhenggang believe that chemotherapy before surgery can better treat patients with advanced cancer? This is scientifically based, and it is the result of evidence-based medical treatment conducted by foreign doctors in clinic.

Second, the concept of evidence-based medicine holds that the credibility of expert opinions is the lowest.

Many diseases find the best treatment in the process of trial and error, and the above new treatment for gastric cancer was put forward only after obtaining the evidence, which involves a new concept of modern medicine-evidence-based medicine (medical treatment).

Evidence-based medicine means "evidence-based medicine", also known as empirical medicine, which is called evidence medicine in Hong Kong and Taiwan. It was put forward in 1996 by sakit, a clinical epidemiologist at the Evidence-based Medicine Center of the National Health Service Department, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford University, UK. The representative monograph is How to Practice and Teach Evidence-based Medicine. In the latest edition (2000 edition) of this monograph, sakit defined evidence-based medicine as "prudently, accurately and wisely applying the best research basis available at present, combining the personal professional skills of doctors and years of clinical experience, and considering the values and wishes of patients, and combining the three perfectly to formulate the treatment measures for patients".

The basic content of evidence-based medicine can be summarized as a core concept, two gold standard evidences, three basic elements, four basic steps and five-level evidence gradient.

A core concept is that doctors should stress and rely on evidence in treating diseases, and the evidence comes from the latest high-quality clinical research results, which is external evidence relative to personal experience.

However, the evidence is true or false, so it is necessary to have reliable or important evidence, that is, two gold standard evidence. One is the systematic review (RCT) of multiple randomized controlled trials, that is, systematic review or meta-analysis; The second is a randomized controlled trial with a large enough single sample (case), which are the most reliable evidence to prove the effectiveness and safety of a certain diagnosis and treatment method.

Three basic elements mean that clinicians should rely on three basic elements to formulate the best diagnosis and treatment plan for different patients, namely, the latest and best clinical research evidence collected, the doctor’s skilled clinical experience and the individual situation and wishes of patients.

The four basic steps are to ask questions in clinical practice, search for evidence all over the world, evaluate the latest and most comprehensive evidence collected, then apply the best evidence, and then evaluate the curative effect.

The five-level evidence gradient means that the research evidence is divided into five levels according to quality and reliability, and the strength of the evidence decreases in turn. The first level is a systematic review of all RCTs, the second level is RCTs with a large enough sample size, the third level is a non-randomized controlled study, the fourth level is an uncontrolled series of case observations, and the fifth level is an expert opinion.

Sakit believes that in clinical treatment, we should first consider the use of one or two levels of gold standard evidence, and in the absence of gold standard evidence, other levels of evidence can be used in turn, and expert opinions have the lowest credibility.

According to the above-mentioned concept of evidence-based medicine, there should be evidence for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer or other advanced cancers. According to the evidence of Ruijin Hospital, more than 30 cases of advanced gastric cancer have been treated by NIPS, and the success rate of surgical transformation has reached 70%, of which 77.8% have been completely removed. After conversion treatment, the survival time of patients has reached more than one year, and the quality of life is also good.

However, according to the second of the two gold standards of evidence-based medicine, that is, a randomized controlled trial with a large enough single sample (case), there are only more than 30 cases of evidence in Ruijin Hospital. Therefore, more cases are needed to prove the effectiveness of this treatment.

Third, the era of specialists working in isolation is out of date.

In the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, doctors should also follow the treatment guidelines formulated by medical professional associations, authoritative national medical research centers or authoritative national health administrative departments, which are also based on the results of evidence-based medical research.

NCCN is the abbreviation of American National Comprehensive Cancer Network. It is a non-profit alliance organization composed of 25 famous cancer centers in the world (including NCI in the United States). It publishes various clinical practice guidelines for malignant tumors every year. Because of its universality and authority, it has been widely recognized and followed by clinicians all over the world.

The Ministry of Health of China has also issued relevant guidelines for cancer diagnosis and treatment, such as the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Gastric Cancer (2011 Edition).

However, in the clinical diagnosis and treatment, there are still many hospitals and doctors in our country who do not treat diseases completely according to the guidelines, but fight for their own treatment with their own clinical experience and specialty characteristics. Similarly, taking gastric cancer as an example, if patients with gastric cancer seek treatment in different departments of the hospital, such as surgery, oncology, radiotherapy, etc., these departments will treat the patients with surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy respectively, which does not meet the requirements of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer and lacks the overall treatment concept.

In order to change this situation, the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University made a new attempt. They set up a multi-disciplinary clinic for gastric cancer, where specialists such as gastrointestinal surgery, oncology, radiotherapy, thoracic surgery, interventional department and pathology gathered together to discuss each case of gastric cancer and reach an agreement on the final diagnosis and treatment plan of the patients. This combined outpatient service can provide patients with personalized and optimized treatment plans, and is also suitable for the treatment of other cancers and diseases.

Xu Ting’s Death and Medical Choice

On the afternoon of September 7th this year, Xu Ting, a 26-year-old post-90s actress, died of malignant lymphoma in Beijing 304 Hospital, after several months of treatment.

Xu Ting’s death shows that in the face of cancer, human ability is still limited. However, if we actively treat cancer and choose appropriate treatment methods, we can still greatly reduce the mortality rate after cancer, and achieve the "three one-thirds" goal of cancer prevention and treatment put forward by the World Health Organization, that is, one-third of cancer can be prevented; One third of cancers can be found and cured early; One third of cancer patients can relieve their pain, prolong their lives and improve their quality of life through effective comprehensive treatment.

Xu Ting’s death shows that she didn’t even reach the latter 1/3 goal of the World Health Organization. Why? A large number of media reports have outlined the initial reason, which is the result of Xu Ting’s personal choice.

In May this year, a hospital in Nanjing initially diagnosed Xu Ting with cancer, but the whole family, including Xu Ting, didn’t believe it.

After that, on July 9th, Xu Ting exposed the examination reports from Beijing 301 Hospital and Beijing Cancer Hospital in Weibo, and all the examination reports from the two hospitals pointed to malignant lymphomas.

Although both hospitals advised her to undergo chemotherapy, Xu Ting refused after consideration. This is a choice based on Xu Ting’s personal life experience. This choice has also prompted Xu Ting to go to two forks in the road. One is that he does not intend to find out what kind of cancer he is suffering from through western medicine, and the other is that he is unwilling to undergo chemotherapy. Because she had seen Qin Sihan, the "most handsome traffic policeman in Chengdu", who suffered from leukemia chemotherapy, her hair fell out and she was weak, but she finally passed away. She believes that adopting western medicine treatment will lead to both human and financial resources.

In fact, Xu Ting suffers from T-lymphoblastic lymphoma, which is a very deadly malignant tumor. Although the treatment of this malignant lymphoma is controversial at home and abroad, it is agreed that combined chemotherapy and individualized treatment of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can make some patients get better therapeutic effect and longer survival time. However, Xu Ting chose Chinese medicine treatment based on his personal life experience, including cupping, scraping, acupuncture and bloodletting.

Chinese and Western medicine have their own characteristics and indications. Cupping and scraping are helpful to dispel fatigue. In this year’s Olympic Games, online celebrity has been transformed by American swimmer Phelps, but it is obviously not suitable for the treatment of T-lymphoblastic lymphoma, and it has no symptomatic effect. Acupuncture helps to relieve pain, but bloodletting has not been proved to be effective for any specific disease so far. Therefore, these methods are totally different for the treatment of Xu Ting’s disease, and even seek fish from the edge of the wood.

Although Xu Ting didn’t always be stubborn, he finally returned from the fork in the road and received chemotherapy. The results of chemotherapy completely refuted her personal experience. She didn’t lose her hair like Qin Sihan and her weight didn’t change. And has a preliminary curative effect.

However, it’s all too late. Xu Ting received chemotherapy only one week before his death. According to the experience of clinicians, T-lymphoblastic lymphoma will spread far away in the early stage, invading bone marrow and central nervous system. Therefore, even early patients should be treated as stage IV (advanced stage) for chemotherapy. Before she died, Xu Ting’s mother asked her if she regretted chemotherapy now. She said, regret it! This is enough to explain the problem.

Xu Ting’s death certainly illustrates the danger of cancer, but it is also extremely important to adopt what kind of treatment plan after suffering from cancer. The question is, who will spread the correct knowledge of cancer prevention and treatment to Xu Ting and the thousands of Xu Ting in Qian Qian? This is the most important thing.

Lessons from the surge of cancer patients after September 11th.

On September 11th, 2001, the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York were attacked by a passenger plane hijacked by terrorists, which had disastrous consequences.

Fifteen years later, for Americans, the haze of 9/11 still lingers, because the surge in the number of cancer patients alone has frightened Americans. Affected by dust and other pollutants from the collapse of the Twin Towers, the number of firefighters, police, sanitation workers, volunteers and residents near the World Trade Center who participated in the ground rescue reached 5,441. Moreover, about 75,000 people suffered other health damage due to the September 11th terrorist attacks.

About half of these 5441 cancer patients are between 55 and 64 years old, suffering from various cancers, the most important of which are thyroid cancer, leukemia, lung cancer, esophageal cancer and prostate cancer.

In this regard, there was a statistic. As early as 2012, the Journal of the American Medical Association published a study done by the new york Municipal Health Bureau. They counted more than 55,000 people who had been exposed to the dust in the ruins, among whom 1,187 people had been diagnosed with cancer, and the cancer incidence rate was about 21.58/100,000, while the total cancer incidence rate in the United States was 3 million/100,000. Moreover, compared with today’s 5,441 cancer patients and more than 55,000 people exposed to dust from the ruins, the incidence of cancer is higher, at 98.92/100,000. Obviously, it is an indisputable fact that the September 11th incident caused a surge in cancer patients, and there are many lessons to be learned, the most important of which is the lesson of social medicine, that is, for political reasons, exposing innocent people to high-concentration polluted environment.

After the incident, in order to let the world see that the United States is strong and will not be intimidated and crushed by terrorist attacks, the government came forward to appease the public and encourage people to go to work. The US Environmental Protection Agency, the Safety and Health Committee and other departments all came out to assure the public: "The air is safe and you can breathe with confidence; Water is safe and safe to drink. "

The American public later realized this, especially cancer patients pointed out that the government was more concerned about the economic situation, and they needed to maintain the position of the United States as the world economic center, and new york was one of them.

However, we should know that the World Trade Center in new york, built in 1966, used a lot of chemical materials such as asbestos. The terrorist attacks triggered a fire, with 1.2 million tons of high-strength and high-density building materials burning, including 300-400 tons of asbestos released from the North Tower. In addition, there are more than 50,000 computers in high-rise buildings, which also release a lot of harmful substances after burning.

In this regard, American journalists cooperated with the investigators of the American Geographical Association to come up with a dust sample that was different from the US government’s statement. It was found that after the terrorist incident, the dust in the center of new york contained a large number of harmful substances such as asbestos, lead, man-made fibers and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, which were highly corrosive, and their alkaline strength was equivalent to that of household cleaners.

The World Health Organization has already announced that chemicals such as asbestos and lead are highly carcinogenic. After the terrorist attacks, the government immediately encouraged people to go to work, which undoubtedly exposed the public to extremely high concentrations of carcinogens, laying a curse for the high incidence of cancer in the future.

In fact, after the disaster, the governments of many countries will take the way of concealing the truth, encouraging or even requiring the public to work in a heavily polluted environment and live in a polluted place, instead of taking measures to evacuate the public from the polluted place, thus pushing more innocent people into danger. For example, in order to bid for the right to host the 2020 Olympic Games, in September 2013, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said in support of Tokyo’s bid for the Olympic Games: Despite the nuclear leakage at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant after the March 11, 2011 earthquake and tsunami in Japan, the environment is "under control". At that time, there were many voices in Japan accusing Abe of being untrue, because the development of the situation was not as Abe said, but the pollution of nuclear power plants was difficult to remove, and polluted groundwater and sewage were continuously discharged into the sea.

At the same time, Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) of Japan has also acted up and down, saying that nuclear pollution can be controlled. Moreover, because the company did not inform people of the specific details of the nuclear leakage in time, even the drinking water and bathing water of American rescuers stationed in Japan may be polluted. Some American soldiers even drove helicopters to Fukushima for disaster relief.

After understanding the truth, more than 400 people who participated in the earthquake and tsunami rescue in Japan in 2011 sued Tokyo Electric Power Company, claiming that they suffered from leukemia, brain tumor and various cancers due to radiation, demanding compensation. At present, this lawsuit is still in progress.

The U.S. government is still unwilling to admit the fact that the number of people suffering from cancer has increased sharply after the September 11 terrorist attacks, but requires scientific research to confirm it.

In fact, everyone knows that when air and water contain a lot of pollutants, people who work and live in this environment will inevitably increase their chances of getting cancer. Therefore, encouraging the public to work and live in a polluted environment is undoubtedly a second harm to people before the pollutants have been completely eliminated and the environment has not been restored to a safe state. The lessons of the September 11 incident in the United States are worthy of serious learning by all countries. (Zhang Tiankan)

Taking stock of auto events in 2007: an analysis of hot events in auto market

The coming year 2007 is a year worth reviewing and recording. From the frequent recalls in the auto market to the new round of reorganization and cooperation between domestic and foreign auto companies, and then to the collective bid change and rising oil prices by independent brands seeking overseas markets, it is difficult to sum up too many hot events in one or two words. Then, we might as well review these hot events one by one, and perhaps we can see clearly what the auto market experienced in 2007.

  Keywords: recall

In March of this year, Guangzhou Honda recalled some Accord, Odyssey and Fit cars; In April, PSA Peugeot Citroen recalled some C5R and C6 cars; In June, Beijing Benz-Daimler? Chrysler recalled some 2007 domestic Chrysler 300C cars, Changan Ford Mazda recalled some 2.0 manual Mondeo cars, Nissan recalled Guishi V42 multi-purpose passenger cars, Sichuan FAW Toyota Changchun Fengyue Company recalled some Prius cars, and Hunan Changfeng Automobile recalled some Mitsubishi off-road vehicles; In July, Mercedes-Benz recalled some W220 and W215 cars; In August, Jiangxi Changhe Suzuki recalled some Liana cars; In September, Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. recalled some cars; In October, Sichuan FAW Toyota Motor Co., Ltd. recalled some Costa buses; In November, Shenlong Automobile Co., Ltd. recalled some Dongfeng Peugeot 206 automatic cars and Honda recalled some Acura RL cars …

Counting the recall events in the auto market this year, the recall frequency of auto manufacturers in the China market has reached almost every month. According to a data from the Defective Product Management Center of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, since China officially implemented the Regulations on the Management of Defective Automobile Product Recall on October 1, 2004, as of November this year, more than 1.3 million vehicles have been recalled in China, involving 107 models of 45 domestic and foreign enterprises, with 103 recalls. Among them, there were 13 recalls in China in 2004, involving more than 320 thousand vehicles of 13 models; In 2005, there were 27 recalls, involving more than 60 thousand vehicles of 27 models; In 2006, there were 40 recalls, involving more than 340 thousand vehicles of 42 models; In the first 11 months of 2007, there were 23 recalls, involving more than 580,000 vehicles of 25 models.

Such high-frequency recalls attract attention. After careful observation, it is not difficult to find that many of the frequently recalled models are new models that have just been on the market for one or two years or even more than half a year. It is precisely because automobile manufacturers are eager to push new cars in recent years that more and more models are too eager to put on the market. Coupled with the round of price cuts, automobile manufacturers have to reduce costs, and domestic cars have begun to enter a peak period of automobile product recall.

  Keywords: merger and reorganization

Since the beginning of this year, the domestic auto market has once again set off a wave of mergers, acquisitions, cooperation and joint ventures-asset reorganization fever: On June 29th this year, PSA and hafei automobile Group formally signed a memorandum of understanding to study the feasibility of establishing a joint venture company, and the two sides will set up a new joint venture company to produce light commercial vehicles under PSA Group; On July 4th, Chery and Chrysler formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. The two sides used Chery’s ability in the development, manufacturing and cost control of small and medium-sized automobile products and Chrysler’s advantages in brand influence and marketing to explore major international markets such as North America and the European Union. In addition, the dispute between Nanjing Automobile and SAIC, which has attracted much attention, has finally made new progress this year after many rounds of difficult negotiations and consultations, and is expected to reach a plan of comprehensive cooperation. Since the acquisition of Rover in Britain, there has been a feud between Nanqi MG and SAIC Roewe. This round of asset reorganization of automobile manufacturers has different characteristics, and foreign manufacturers seem to be more optimistic about their own brands, which provides a good opportunity for the development of independent brand enterprises: for example, the strategic cooperation model of "complementary advantages and win-win cooperation" between Chery and Chrysler; After Hafei’s joint venture with Peugeot Citroen, it is undoubtedly an opportunity for Hafei’s independent research and development and enterprise development.

  Keywords: bid change

From last year, China’s self-owned brands such as Jianghuai, Changan, Haima and Shuanghuan quietly replaced the old logo, and this year, Geely, Great Wall, BYD and other self-owned brands collectively changed the logo, which aroused widespread concern inside and outside the industry, and pushed the action of changing the logo of China’s self-owned brands to the forefront of public opinion.

In January this year, Geely Automobile announced that it would collect a new Geely logo globally and offer a huge bonus of 3.6 million yuan. Geely’s 3.6 million-yuan global bid for new cars, which lasted for 10 months and set a world commercial bid record, ended in November this year. According to the data from the Organizing Committee of Geely Bidding, 27,336 manuscripts and emails were received at home and abroad, and 12,205 manuscripts were finally valid. These manuscripts came from more than 100 countries around the world, setting a world record for enterprise bidding.

In order to enter the overseas market on a large scale, BYD started to use the new corporate logo, changed the traditional blue-and-white brand logo, and redesigned the brand logo. Judging from the LOGO that has been released, the new logo has been replaced with solid red, giving people a clear feeling, concise and eye-catching. The new logo will be used first abroad, and there will be a period of replacement of old and new in China.

At the same time, on October 29th, Great Wall Motor began to renew its global standard. "Now Great Wall Motor has been sold to 109 countries, including more than 70 countries that have achieved batch export and established and improved 4S marketing networks. If there are true and false LOGO in many countries at the same time, it will cause great harm to the Great Wall Motor brand and even China Automobile. " Wang Fengying, president of Great Wall Motor, said that because the old trademark of Great Wall Motor was registered in many countries, it encountered some troubles in the process of overseas export, and it was helpless for Great Wall Motor to change its bid.

In view of the phenomenon of collective bid-changing of self-owned brand cars in China, some car manufacturers and people in the industry have their own views on this, and have formed distinct positive and negative views. Supporters believe that the bid change can enhance the image of the product’s own brand and help to expand overseas markets. On the other hand, the opponent thinks that the bid change is not only a denial of the past brands, but also requires a lot of money, which may not be worth the candle.

Keywords: Joint ventures engage in autonomy

Automobile joint ventures, which have always focused on imported models, have suddenly changed their independent innovation this year. Guangzhou Honda, Shanghai Volkswagen and other joint venture automobile companies have collectively made efforts to announce their own research and development plans and started to build their own brands.

On July 18th, German Volkswagen and Shanghai Volkswagen signed a joint statement in Shanghai to jointly develop a new generation of mid-to-high-class cars. The two sides will focus on developing a brand-new technologically advanced car based on German Volkswagen’s new generation B-class platform for the global market for the North American and China markets. The new product will be the follow-up model of Shanghai Volkswagen PASSAT, and will be released in 2009. The research and development of Shanghai Volkswagen will also be gradually incorporated into audi ag’s global development system.

On July 19th this year, at the establishment ceremony of Guangzhou Honda Automobile Research and Development Co., Ltd., Okawahara Rongji, general manager of Guangzhou Honda, announced that Guangzhou Honda would soon launch its own independent brand, and the newly established Guangzhou Honda Automobile Research and Development Co., Ltd. would undertake the important task of independent brand research and development. Guangzhou Honda’s own brand will launch a brand-new logo, and the first new car will be officially put into production in 2010.

Although there are doubts in the industry about the joint venture’s independent brand at present, some people think that the joint venture’s independent brand is the need of cooperation between the two parties, and it is also a compromise from the outside world to the China market, which is also in line with the requirements of the National Development and Reform Commission for the China automobile joint venture to have its own brand. At the same time, it creates a new road for China enterprises in the process of autonomy.

  Keywords: C-NCAP crash test

This year, both automobile manufacturers and ordinary consumers have paid special attention to automobile safety issues. In October, Tianjin Automotive Technology and Research Center C-NCAP released the crash test evaluation results of the third batch of vehicles this year. Among the eight vehicles participating in the test, Guangzhou Toyota Camry, Shanghai Volkswagen Skoda Ming Rui, Shanghai GM Buick Boulevard, FAW-Volkswagen Audi A6L and Dongfeng Citroen Triumph all got the highest five-star results. Automobile manufacturers who have achieved good results have seized this favorable opportunity to play the "safety card".

At the same time, China People’s Property Insurance Co., Ltd. also formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Automobile Technology Research Center in Tianjin. In the future, the two sides will work together to study the new premium rate standard, and the star rating of C-NCAP is expected to be an important reference. In the future, the higher the star rating, the lower the insurance premium. For a time, it also makes ordinary consumers pay more attention to safety issues when buying a car.

Although this incident has caused people’s controversy about the C-NCAP crash test results, with the increasing influence of the C-NCAP crash test, the crash results have begun to affect the sales of models, and even affect the sales of other models of automobile brands. Moreover, this will also encourage domestic automobile manufacturers to increase investment in safety research and development to provide consumers with safer models.

  Keywords: new energy vehicles

On November 1, the prices of gasoline, diesel and aviation kerosene increased by 500 yuan per ton, and the national average retail benchmark prices of gasoline and diesel were respectively increased by per ton.

The 5480 yuan and 5020 yuan were adjusted to 5980 yuan and 5520 yuan, and the oil prices of major gas stations in our province also increased by leaps and bounds. The 93rd gasoline rose from 4.65 yuan to 5.07 yuan per liter, and the 97th gasoline rose from 4.91 yuan to 5.36 yuan per liter. At the same time as the oil price has risen sharply, there is even a shortage of diesel supply and demand in some parts of the country, and the problem of energy shortage has become more and more prominent.

In fact, from the frequent fluctuation of oil prices in 2005 to the fact that oil prices only rose and did not fall in 2006, and then to the slight decline of oil prices in early 2007 and this strong rebound, the impact of the continuous rise of oil prices on the automobile market has become more and more obvious. The consumption pressure brought by the rise of oil prices is quietly changing people’s habits of buying and using cars, such as small-displacement and energy-saving models, which are more popular. At the same time, automobile manufacturers are paying more and more attention to the research and development of new energy vehicles. BYD, Chery, Geely, GAC and other automobile manufacturers have actively demonstrated their research and development achievements in new energy vehicles, and said that they will put them on the market in the near future.

With the increasing energy shortage, new energy vehicles are undoubtedly becoming the trend of future automobile development. In order to better develop this industry, which is increasingly important to China’s energy-saving strategy, the National Development and Reform Commission officially issued the Management Rules for the Production Access of New Energy Vehicles, which was officially implemented on November 1, which undoubtedly provided a basis for the healthy and standardized development of new energy vehicles in the future. Since September, three subjects in primary and secondary schools across the country have used unified textbooks.

The reporter learned from the press conference of the Ministry of Education yesterday that starting from this autumn semester, millions of primary school students and junior high school students in the initial grade will use the compulsory education textbook compiled by the Ministry of Education in three subjects: Chinese, history, morality and rule of law, and the existing textbooks such as People’s Education Edition, Guangdong Education Edition, Soviet Education Edition and Beijing Edition will be gradually replaced.

It is reported that according to the requirements of the central government for the unified compilation and use of textbooks for three subjects and the realization of full coverage in three years, the Ministry of Education has organized new textbooks for compulsory education ethics and rule of law, Chinese and history for five years. From the autumn semester of 2017, all primary schools and junior high schools in all regions of the country will use unified textbooks, covering the first and second grades of primary schools and junior high schools in 2018, and all grades will use unified textbooks in 2019.

Zheng Fuzhi, Assistant Minister of Education, member of the leading party group and director of the Teaching Materials Bureau, said that the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have always attached great importance to the construction of teaching materials, especially since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and the CPC Central Committee has made a series of important instructions on the construction of teaching materials, clearly stating that the construction of teaching materials is a state power, and it is necessary to improve the national teaching materials system, set up a national teaching materials committee, and focus on compiling textbooks for three subjects in primary and secondary schools, and implement national unified compilation, examination and use.

The textbooks of the three subjects focus on moral education and cultivating people, so that young people can lay a solid foundation for China from an early age, implement excellent traditional culture education, strengthen revolutionary traditional education, and pay attention to the cultivation of the spirit of the rule of law.

Taking the most concerned language as an example, the contents of teaching materials are arranged by combining two clues: "Chinese literacy" and "humanistic spirit". "Chinese literacy" focuses on the basic knowledge and ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing, while "humanistic spirit" focuses on the ideological content of selected texts, giving full play to the unique educational value of Chinese subjects and educating people with culture. In the first grade of primary school, the previous model was changed to recognize characters first and then learn pinyin, which reduced the difficulty of pinyin teaching; The number of selected ancient poems has increased, and 132 ancient poems have been selected from 12 volumes of 6 grades in the whole primary school, accounting for 30% of all selected texts; There are 124 ancient poems in junior middle school, accounting for 51.7% of all selected articles. Chinese textbooks also include a large number of classic articles of revolutionary tradition, such as "Commemorating Bethune", about 40 in primary school and 40 in junior middle school.

According to the requirements of the central government, the original moral course will be adjusted to "Morality and Rule of Law" in the compulsory education stage, and the textbooks of "Morality and Rule of Law" in primary schools and junior high schools have been compiled respectively. The new history textbook pays attention to the education of national sovereignty and maritime consciousness, and strengthens the historical concept of the whole nation’s 14 years of anti-Japanese war.

Adding Traditional Cultural Contents to Selected Articles

The primary change of the "unified edition" Chinese textbook is the selection of texts, which increases the traditional cultural contents. There have been ancient poems since the first grade of primary school. There are 132 ancient poems selected from 12 volumes of 6 grades in the whole primary school, accounting for 30% of all selected texts, which is 55 more than the original "People’s Education Edition", with an average of about 20 poems per grade. There are 124 ancient poems in junior middle school, accounting for 51.7% of all selected poems, which is also improved compared with the original "People’s Education Edition", with an average of about 40 poems per grade. The new textbook has also added special columns, such as the "Accumulate over a long period" column in primary schools, and arranged traditional cultural contents such as couplets, idioms, proverbs, two-part allegorical sayings, and enlightening reading materials. The genre of the selected essays is more diverse, from the Book of Songs to the poems of the Qing Dynasty, from ancient customs, folk songs, metrical poems, quatrains, to lyrics, from essays of various schools of thought to historical essays, from papers of the Han Dynasty to ancient prose of the Tang and Song Dynasties, and essays of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. In addition, the contents of revolutionary traditional education also occupy a large proportion, including those reflecting the revolutionary experiences and their works of Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, Zhu De, Deng Xiaoping and other revolutionaries of the older generation, as well as those reflecting revolutionary heroes, such as the Five Heroes of Langyashan, Jiang Jie and Huang Jiguang.

Wen Rumin, editor-in-chief of the "Unified Edition" Chinese textbook and director of the Peking University Institute of Chinese Education, told the reporter of Beiqing Daily that the new edition of Chinese textbook is not a subversion of existing similar textbooks, but a "innovation", which absorbs the advantages of existing versions, puts more emphasis on following the teaching rules and improves Chinese literacy more effectively. In particular, he denied Lu Xun’s view of "great retreat" in primary and secondary school texts. In primary school, we chose two articles, such as "Young Runtu", and in junior high school, we chose six articles, including "From Baicaoyuan to three pools mirroring the moon".

In the first grade of primary school, I changed to read first and then learn pinyin.

Another important change in the "Unified Edition" Chinese textbook is that the difficulty of Chinese Pinyin is moderately reduced, and the first grade of primary school is changed to first recognize words and then learn Pinyin.

According to Professor Wen Rumin, in the past, I just went to school in the first grade to learn Pinyin, and then I used Pinyin to recognize words. "Unified Edition" first-year Chinese textbooks changed to recognize some Chinese characters first, then learn Pinyin, and learn Pinyin while recognizing characters. He thinks that the change of this order is not meaningful: what is important is the children’s original feelings about Chinese characters. The "first impression" is not the letter aoe, but the Chinese character "Heaven, earth, people, you, me and him". "Put Chinese and Chinese characters back in the first place, and Pinyin is only a tool to help learn Chinese characters, not an end. There is another consideration, that is, young convergence and slowing down the slope. Putting pinyin learning back a little can reduce their fear of difficulties. "

The new textbook specializes in treating the common problem of "not reading"

In the past, there was a common problem of "not reading" in Chinese teaching. Many students only read textbooks, so it is difficult to improve their Chinese literacy. The reporter of Beiqing Daily learned that the "unified edition" of Chinese textbooks has made great efforts in this respect, and more attention has been paid to the teaching of various reading methods when compiling textbooks.

For example, in the first grade of primary school, "reading with adults" was set up, which was intended to link up with preschool education and guide students’ interest in reading; Almost every unit in the middle and senior grades of primary school has an extension of extracurricular reading; In junior high school, the "Selected Reading of Famous Books" has been strengthened, and the writing style of "appreciation style" has been changed, and the "one book and one method" has been emphasized. Every time the "Selected Reading of Famous Books" class is held, students are guided to focus on learning a certain reading method.

At the same time, the "unified edition" of Chinese textbooks has increased the distinction between intensive reading and skimming, and the junior middle school textbooks have changed from intensive reading to teaching reading and skimming to self-reading. The new textbook also pays special attention to the extension of extracurricular reading, and constructs a trinity teaching structure consisting of "teaching reading", "self-reading" and "extracurricular reading".

  history

Emphasis on national sovereignty and marine awareness education.

According to Ye Xiaobing, Department of History, Capital Normal University, the teaching content of the "Unified Edition" history textbook is arranged according to the combination of "line" and "point", where "point" is a concrete and vivid historical fact and "line" is the law of social development and evolution. The new edition emphasizes the Red Revolution, national sovereignty and the education of marine consciousness, and completely introduces the 14-year historical facts of China and War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression from local war of resistance to national war of resistance to final victory.

For example, in the eighth grade history textbook, the concept of "14-year war of resistance" is clearly defined. "In the past, the textbooks may only list a few large-scale battles, but now there are both frontal battlefields and enemy battlefields in the textbooks. The role played by the Kuomintang in the war of resistance against Japan is reflected, and the role played by the Communist Party of China (CPC) in the war of resistance against Japan is also emphasized." There are two volumes in the new edition of history textbook, which systematically tell the historical facts of the establishment and development of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and lead the socialist revolution construction and reform, involving more than 40 revolutionaries of the older generation. The new textbook emphasizes the education of national sovereignty and marine awareness. Based on historical facts, the textbook tells the historical origins of Xinjiang, Tibet, Taiwan Province and the affiliated islands Diaoyu Island and Nanhai Islands as an inalienable part of our territory.

In the implementation of China’s excellent traditional culture education, the history textbook covers China’s ancient thoughts, literature, art and technology, involving more than 40 historical and cultural celebrities and more than 30 scientific and cultural works.

  Morality and rule of law

Set up a special book on rule of law education

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee held in October, 2014 decided to incorporate the rule of law education into the national education system, starting with teenagers, and set up the rule of law knowledge courses in primary and secondary schools. In order to implement this requirement in the compilation of teaching materials, the Ministry of Education introduced that the original moral course in the compulsory education stage should be adjusted to "Morality and Rule of Law", and the new teaching materials should pay attention to the cultivation of the spirit of rule of law. There are 12 primary school textbooks and 6 junior high school textbooks on "Morality and Rule of Law". Among them, the first volume of the sixth grade of primary school and the second volume of the eighth grade of junior high school are set as special books for rule of law education, focusing on teaching the Constitution and strengthening the system. The teaching materials of other books are scattered and inlaid with relevant contents to ensure that the rule of law education runs through and the whole process is uninterrupted.

The textbook "Morality and Rule of Law" involves more than 30 laws and regulations in primary schools and more than 50 laws and regulations, 6 regulations and judicial interpretations in junior high schools. At the same time, combined with actual cases, the teaching materials create open problem situations and cultivate dialectical thinking ability. For example, the return of lost property requires the owner to "treat guests", which is to guide students to discuss whether it is right to return things and ask for remuneration.

The textbook also emphasizes the socialist core values and the education of Chinese excellent traditional culture, such as the rule of law education such as obeying traffic rules, the traditional culture such as filial piety, and the socialist core values such as honesty. (Reporter Liu Xu)

Ministry of Public Security: 79 cases of "AI changing face" were cracked and 515 suspects were arrested.

CCTV News:According to official website news of the Ministry of Public Security, on August 10th, the Ministry of Public Security held a press conference to inform the public security organs of the effectiveness of cracking down on illegal crimes against citizens’ personal information. Thomas lee, deputy director of the Network Security Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, said that with the wide application of face recognition technology and the progress of artificial intelligence technology, face recognition and verification crimes came into being. The materials used by criminals to implement "AI face change" are mainly photos, especially ID photos. At the same time, the face recognition verification system is broken through by combining the name and ID number of the person. In order to prevent and crack down on this new type of crime, the public security organs, in conjunction with the State Key Laboratory and other units, carried out the safety assessment of face recognition and in-vivo detection technology, covering key apps such as instant messaging, webcasting, social networking, e-commerce platform and financial payment, which have a large number of users in China and have prominent hidden problems, and timely discovered the potential risks existing in the face recognition verification system, and notified the operators to upgrade security protection measures and face recognition algorithms. At the same time, relying on the special action of "Net Net", we organized a special battle to crack down on the source of crimes that leaked image information such as ID card photos, cracked 79 cases of "AI face-changing" and arrested 515 suspects, effectively curbing the momentum of such crimes.

It is more difficult to grab tickets in Spring Festival travel rush in 2017: train tickets should be booked online as much as possible.

Industry tips: online channel ticket purchase is 2 days ahead of offline, and it is best to "grab" the Spring Festival ticket now.

(Reporter Wang Meiling) On December 15th, the first day train tickets in Spring Festival travel rush will be "snapped up". In 2017, Spring Festival travel rush started from January 13th to February 21st, 11 days ahead of Spring Festival travel rush in 2016, making it the earliest Spring Festival travel rush in the last five years. On December 11th, the reporter learned from Chengdu Railway Bureau that it is expected that it will be difficult for Spring Festival travel rush to grab tickets in 2017 due to the pre-holiday passenger flow superposition, weather influence, shortened ticket pre-sale period and other factors.

It is more difficult to stack multiple factors to grab tickets.

According to the prediction of Chengdu Railway Bureau, the 40-day Spring Festival travel rush will send 32.5 million passengers, an increase of about 3.6 million passengers, an increase of 12.6%; The ratio of long-distance passengers to short-distance passengers is about 1: 2, and the peak passenger flow in a single day will exceed 1 million. "Spring Festival travel rush will come earlier next year than in previous years." According to the analysis of the relevant person in charge of Chengdu Railway Bureau, the biggest impact brought by this is that the students’ holiday passenger flow is obviously superimposed with the migrant workers’ return home passenger flow and business passenger flow, and the short-distance passenger flow before the holiday will show a greater increase. After January 20, 2017, there will be a wave of superimposed passenger flow peaks.

In addition, according to the preliminary forecast of the meteorological department, it is more likely that there will be "La Nina" weather event in China during Spring Festival travel rush. Due to the weather, the number of short-distance passengers who change planes to trains may increase. The time for "grabbing tickets" is also shorter than in previous years. From January 5, 2017, the national railway will implement a new train diagram. In line with the adjustment of the operation chart, the pre-sale period of train tickets after December 30, 2016 was adjusted from the previous 60 days to 30 days, and the stations, sales outlets and ticket vending machines were adjusted from 58 days to 28 days.

Due to the overlapping passenger flow and weather, tickets are more popular and the pre-sale period is shortened. It is expected that it will be more difficult for Spring Festival travel rush to grab tickets in 2017.

Try to buy train tickets online. It’s best to book them now.

How to crack the train ticket "it is difficult to grab tickets"? Industry insiders’ advice.

First of all, the means of grabbing tickets should be new, and try to buy tickets through online channels. Although there are many ways to pre-sell train tickets, the pre-sale period of online and telephone channels is 2 days earlier than that of offline channels such as windows. In the case of tight tickets, it is undoubtedly more advantageous to purchase tickets through 12306 website, mobile APP and telephone.

Secondly, remember the key day of grabbing tickets. Based on the pre-sale period of online channels, the first day train tickets in Spring Festival travel rush will be sold on December 15th. From this date to January 8th, 2017, short-distance tickets between Sichuan, Chongqing and Guizhou will enter the peak of ticket sales one after another, such as Chengdu to Wanzhou and Guangyuan to Chongqing.

The train tickets for New Year’s Eve will be sold on December 29th. It is expected that the bullet train tickets mainly for Chengdu-Chongqing, Shanghai-Kunming, Lanzhou-Chongqing, Chengda and Chongqing-Wan high-speed rail lines will enter the booking peak.

Train tickets for the fifth day of the first month will be put on sale on January 3, 2017. It is expected that long-distance train tickets from Sichuan to the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, North China and Northwest China will enter the booking peak.

The train tickets have not yet been sold, and the tickets are already "hot". On December 11, the reporter found that during the Spring Festival, the ticket prices of popular Spring Festival routes from Chengdu to Kunming and Sanya were much higher than usual. On New Year’s Eve, the first day, the sixth day and the seventh day, the trip to Sanya and the return trip are all full price.

The relevant person in charge of Ctrip. com reminded that the pre-sale time of train tickets is shortened this year. If the train tickets are not grabbed, the tickets may be gone. It is expected that the ticket booking summit will be advanced to the middle and late of this month. "Spring Festival tickets can be booked now."
