　　Agricultural production is generally stable. Taking the construction of high-standard farmland as an important measure to implement the strategy of "storing grain on the ground and storing grain in technology", a total of 85.85 million mu of high-standard farmland has been built, accounting for 76% of the total cultivated land in the province, ranking second in the country. Grain production has achieved another bumper harvest. Effectively and effectively deal with the adverse effects such as severe "rotten rain" and "autumn rain in West China", strive to fight the tough battle of "three summers" and carry out the action of increasing autumn grain production to win a bumper harvest. The annual grain output reached 132.49 billion Jin, which has been stable at more than 130 billion Jin for seven consecutive years, of which the autumn grain output was 61.48 billion Jin, an increase of 3.3%, ranking first in the major grain-producing provinces in China, effectively achieving the goal of "supplementing with autumn" The production of oil-bearing vegetables increased steadily. 　　Industrial production recovered quickly. Plan to promote 28 key industrial chains of 7 advanced manufacturing clusters and accelerate the construction of a strong manufacturing province. The added value of industrial regulation increased by 5.0% year-on-year, 0.4 percentage points higher than that of the whole country. More than 60% of the industries have achieved growth. The added value of 25 industries out of 40 industrial categories increased year-on-year, with a growth rate of 62.5%. The supporting role of manufacturing industry has played a significant role. The added value of the gauge manufacturing industry increased by 6.1%, 1.1 percentage points higher than that of the whole country, which promoted the gauge industrial growth of the whole province by 4.8 percentage points and contributed 95.8% to the gauge industrial growth. The performance of automobile, electronics and other industries is eye-catching The added value of automobile, spare parts industry and electronic information industry increased by 45.2% and 13.6% respectively, which boosted the industrial growth of the province by 2.6 percentage points.

　　The service industry has recovered. Build a high-quality and efficient new service industry system, accelerate the development of modern service industry, and upgrade the development level of modern service industry. The operating income of the service industry has increased rapidly. From January to November, the operating income of service enterprises increased by 10.6% year-on-year; Eight of the top 10 industry categories saw their operating income increase by 80.0%, of which culture, sports and entertainment increased by 31.5%. Traffic and logistics continued to recover. The annual passenger traffic and turnover increased by 119.2% and 138.4% respectively, and the cargo traffic and turnover increased by 8.9% and 4.3% respectively. Financial support is strong. At the end of December, the balance of local and foreign currency loans was 8,359.67 billion yuan, up by 9.5%, of which loans from enterprises (institutions), loans from households and loans for general consumption increased by 10.6%, 17.4% and 22.8% respectively.

　　Investment in key areas grew steadily. Rolling out the "three batches" project construction activities, with a total of 4,819 contracted projects, 7,525 started projects and 3,358 put into production, forming a number of new growth points. The supporting role of major projects is prominent. In 2001, the completed investment in projects of 100 million yuan and above increased by 11.2% year-on-year, of which the completed investment in projects of 1 billion yuan and above increased by 24.9%. Industrial investment has grown rapidly. Industrial investment increased by 8.9%, and the growth rate accelerated for seven consecutive months since June. Investment in technological transformation increased by 17.4%. Infrastructure investment grew steadily. Infrastructure investment increased by 4.6%, of which road transport investment increased by 27.0%. The Jizheng high-speed railway runs through the whole line, taking the lead in building a herringbone high-speed railway network in the country. The operating mileage of the high-speed railway has reached 2,215 kilometers, and the mileage of expressways has exceeded 8,300 kilometers. Investment in the social sector grew rapidly. Investment in social fields increased by 8.7%, of which investment in education and health increased by 23.1% and 16.0% respectively.

The total retail sales of social consumer goods was 2,600.445 billion yuan, up 6.5% year-on-year, of which the retail sales of consumer goods above designated size increased by 9.2%. Food and beverage income and retail sales of goods recovered quickly. The catering revenue and retail sales of units above designated size increased by 8.1% and 9.2% respectively. Travel goods have grown rapidly. The retail sales of automobiles, petroleum and products above designated size increased by 13.4% and 22.2% respectively. Online retailing continues to be active. The retail sales of commodities realized by units above designated size through public networks increased by 10.7%.

　　Import and export remain resilient. A number of policies to stabilize foreign trade have been successively introduced, and foreign trade business entities have been organized to fully expand new markets, and the resilience of foreign trade enterprises to resist risks has been enhanced. The total value of foreign trade import and export was 810.79 billion yuan, ranking first in central China for 12 consecutive years, of which 528.00 billion yuan was exported and 282.79 billion yuan was imported. The import and export of cross-border e-commerce increased by 7.3%. Key export products grew rapidly. Exports of automobiles, human hair products and agricultural products increased by 106.5%, 16.8% and 8.3% respectively, and the total exports of electric vehicles, lithium batteries and solar cells increased by 22.9%. The scale of foreign trade enterprises continued to grow. The number of foreign trade enterprises with import and export performance reached 11,844, an increase of 10.9%. The space for economic and trade cooperation has been effectively expanded. The import and export of countries that jointly built the "Belt and Road" accounted for 44.0% of the province’s import and export, up 2.8 percentage points year-on-year. Imports and exports to RCEP member countries accounted for 30.3% of the province’s imports and exports, up 3.3 percentage points from 2021 before the agreement came into effect. Zhengzhou Airport has expanded to 49 all-cargo flights, and the number of trains in China and Europe has exceeded 10,000.

　　Second, emerging industries have accelerated and their development momentum has continued to increase.

　　New quality productivity is booming. Adhere to the "primary strategy" of innovation-driven, rejuvenating the province through science and education and strengthening the province with talents, and accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces. The added value of strategic emerging industries and high-tech manufacturing increased by 10.3% and 11.7% year-on-year, respectively, which boosted the growth of the province’s regulated industries by 2.5 and 1.6 percentage points, among which the added value of the new generation information technology industry increased by 16.5%. The output of LCD modules, optical instruments and lithium-ion batteries increased by 412.2%, 104.0% and 45.6% respectively. The digital economy is developing rapidly. The total number of 5G base stations reached 187,000, and the average delay within the Internet and the average delay between networks ranked first and third respectively in China. The added value of computer communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing increased by 13.6%, and the output of computer workstations and notebook computers increased by 362.7% and 192.8% respectively.

Investment in new industries increased rapidly. Investment in high-tech manufacturing increased by 22.6%, which was 13.7 percentage points higher than that of industrial investment, among which investment in electronic and communication equipment manufacturing increased by 38.8%. In terms of industrial structure, the added value of high-tech manufacturing accounted for 14.7% of the regulated industries, up 1.8 percentage points year-on-year; The added value of the electronic information industry accounted for 11.4% of the regulated industries, up 2.9 percentage points year-on-year; The output value of high-quality peanuts accounted for 4.4% of the total output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, up 1.1 percentage points year-on-year. In terms of investment structure, the industrial investment structure continued to be optimized. The investment in high-tech manufacturing and industrial technological transformation accounted for 15.5% and 24.7% of industrial investment respectively, up by 1.7 and 1.8 percentage points respectively. In terms of consumption structure, online consumption activity has gradually increased, and the proportion of retail sales of goods realized through public networks to retail sales of consumer goods above designated size is 7.4%, up 1.7 percentage points year-on-year; The demand for quality consumption continued to expand. In the wholesale and retail industries above designated size, the proportion of retail sales of brand stores was 28.7%, up 0.7 percentage points year-on-year. Green consumption has been continuously improved, and the retail sales of new energy vehicles in units above designated size accounted for 24.6% of the retail sales of automobile products, up 12.6 percentage points year-on-year. In terms of energy structure, the proportion of new energy and renewable energy power generation is increasing, and the proportion of new energy power generation in industrial power generation above designated size is 16.4%, up 1.9 percentage points year-on-year; The proportion of renewable energy power generation was 18.0%, up 1.4 percentage points year-on-year.

The added value of energy-saving and environmental protection industries on the regulation increased by 15.6% year-on-year, which was 10.6 percentage points higher than the growth rate of industrial added value on the regulation. The production and sales of green upgrade products are booming, the output of charging piles increased by 50.2%, and the retail sales of new energy vehicles above designated size increased by 64.2%.
