Because they require less customization to install in your bathroom, an alcove whirlpool bathtub will be a less expensive option than a drop-in whirlpool bathtub.

Whether you prefer the drop-in or alcove whirlpool tub, they are made of similar materials. Most of our models are crafted in fiberglass, acrylic, and some of our models are constructed of cast iron. When you are shopping for your whirlpool bathtub, remember to keep in mind the limitations of your bathroom. The cast iron models are especially heavy, but even fiberglass and acrylic can be very heavy, so make sure your floor can support the weight of your new whirlpool bathtub.
