Returns and Exchanges
Are you not satisfied with your order? Customer satisfaction is our number one priority here at SimplyBathtubs. We have created hassle-free guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return or exchange of your order. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Our bathtubs feature free shipping so please note that if you return any bathtub our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund in addition to any restocking fees. Restocking fees vary from product to product. You are solely responsible for any return shipping.
Once the order enters processing, it can still be cancelled minus any cancellation fees. If the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. All orders that have shipped fall under our normal return policy plus any roundtrip shipping costs. Returned products must be in original condition. We cannot take returns on custom orders or items that have been modified on your end. If you have any questions about certain restocking fees and shipping costs, please contact our customer service center. If you’d like to return your order, please contact a customer service representative. Prior to sending your order back you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number and include that in the box back.
When Shipped LTL Shipping Please note any visible damage when you accept delivery. If the package is significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package and we can work with you to send you out a replacement. If you accept the delivery, do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product ordered. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the box(es) for damage or defects. If there is any visible damage to the box or product, please note this on your delivery ticket. Once the delivery agent has left, please unpack and inspect all pieces for damage or defect.
Please note: All claims for shipping or manufacturing damages must be received by our customer service department within three days of delivery. Any damage claims noted after the third day will not be honored.
Product or Part Replacement In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged, or defective; please call us within three days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product or replacement parts at no cost to you.
