We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Free shipping includes residential, curb side delivery. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. If you would prefer another method of shipping or shipping upgrades, please contact our customer service center.
Canadian and International Shipping
SimplyBathtubs offers basic freight service for shipments to most areas in Canada. Not all bathtubs are available for Canadian shipping. For questions regarding availability and rates, please call us at 800-813-6327 or email us. Canadian orders are still subject to all of SimplyBathtub's Returns & Exchanges policies. We currently do not offer international delivery outside of Canada.
Delivery Time Frames
Delivery times are calculated based on product availability, added upgrades, and delivery address. SimplyBathtubs works to get your order out in a timely manner. All delivery times are estimates are not exact delivery times. For delivery estimates on a particular bathtub, please contact us.

After placing your order you will receive an email with your official receipt detailing your purchase.
Cancel or Change Your Order
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order please contact our customer service center as soon as possible. All cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee.
Sales tax will be charge on all orders shipped to California (CA). The current California state sales tax is 8.25%.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, tracking information or notice of shipment will be sent to you via email.
Orders Never Received
If you have not received your order during the estimated delivery time frame provided to you please contact our customer service center.
If your order has been back ordered due to a shortage of inventory you will be notified by our customer service center.
