Be Careful that Your Footed Bath Tubs Do Not Walk Away

Footed bath tubs are tricky creatures. They will act innocent and harmless for the first few years you have them, happily drawing you a warm bubble bath and keeping the water toasty for you so that you can soak for hours. You will love its companionship because it will listen to you vent about your day and agree with everything you say. It is like the best friend that you never had and you will come to depend on it so much, you will not know how to go on living without it. Luckily, as your footed bathtub reassures you often, you never will.

Then something strange happens. You come home from work one day, grab a quick bite to eat, and prepare to draw yourself a sudsy bath. You enter your bathroom and your bathtub seems to have moved. Not much, but you knew it was in the corner yesterday, and now it is closer to the window. Suspicious, you question your clawfoot bathtub, but it quickly dismisses your inquiries and invites you to take a relaxing bath. Nothing happens for a few days, but then, to your horror, you discover that your bathtub has disappeared!

This behavior is not uncommon for footed bath tubs. They love the humans who have purchased them, but they gain even greater pleasure by escaping their prisons and walking to freedom. You may doubt this statement, but your footed bathtub has been planning her getaway every since you purchased her. She watched your routine carefully and determined how and when she was going to escape. You do not need to worry though! All footed bath tubs return to their owners after a few days. Why is this, you might ask? Well, they soon realize that the world is not as wonderful as they thought and that they had things pretty good with you at home. She will come back and apologize but as a result, you will have a more dedicated bathtub than ever who will regale you with her tales of her adventures.

Everyone loves footed bath tubs. Just make sure you keep a close eye on yours!
